Hours after Brittany Cartwright exclusively told PEOPLE about her and ex Jax's son Cruz's autism diagnosis, the dad, 45, shared a heartfelt social media tribute to the 3-year-old. "My precious beautiful boy," Jax wrote as the caption to an Instagram carousel. The post included three photos of the father and son playing outside together in a backyard wearing similar outfits.
